Education

Dr. Gutierrez is a general dentist with advanced training in prosthodontics. He graduated with a Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the National Autonomous University of Mexico School of Dentistry in 1978. He went on to successfully complete a two-year residency program in Prosthodontics at the Center for Research and Oral Rehabilitation in Mexico City, Mexico. He is two times graduated from the University of Florida in Gainesville in the Comprehensive Dentistry Program and he has achieved the prestigious designation of Master of the Academy of General Dentistry. Mastership is a professional distinction held by less than 2% of general dentists and represents the highest level of achievement and excellence in the Academy of General Dentistry.

Continuing Education & Professional Memberships

Dr. Gutierrez has completed over 1,600 hours of continuing dental education in 16 disciplines of dentistry, including 400 hours of hands-on courses. He has passed a comprehensive exam and fulfilled three years of continuing membership with the Academy of General Dentistry to receive his MAGD. In 2007, he became a Certified Invisalign Provider. He also received certification in the use of nitrous oxide at the University of Florida in Gainesville. Most recently, Dr. Gutierrez completed 480 hours under the expertise of Dr. Arun K. Garg in the placement and restoration of dental implants. In addition to the Academy of General Dentistry, Dr. Gutierrez is a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, the Academy of Laser Dentistry and the International Dental Implant Association.

As a creative person, Dr Arneja has an eye for detail and is passionate about esthetic dentistry and delivering beautiful smiles. Her previous education as an orthodontist gives her a deeper understanding of the clear aligner therapy and she's exited to use this technology to help patients improve their oral health and function.
